GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg ; Fasano ; Lynn ; Bullard

Medicaid; adds criminal violations of specified provisions to list of specified crimes within jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecution Office; includes Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. in AHCA's local coordinating workgroups for identifying unlicensed assisted living facilities; authorizes AHCA to impose mandatory enrollment in drug-therapy-management or disease-management programs for certain categories of recipients, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $262,087.
