GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Farkas ; Hasner ; Holloway

Medicaid; adds certain criminal violations of specified provisions to list of specified crimes within jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecution Office; includes Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in AHCA's local coordinating workgroups for identifying unlicensed assisted living facilities; authorizes AHCA to impose mandatory enrollment in drug-therapy-management or disease-management programs for certain categories of recipients, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $262,087.
