GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Hazing; provides for third-degree felony offense of hazing; provides for first-degree misdemeanor offense of hazing; specifies elements of each offense; provides for criminal penalties; requires court to impose hazing education course as condition of sentence in certain circumstances; authorizes court to impose condition of drug or alcohol probation in certain circumstances; provides applicability, etc. Amends 1006.63, 1001.64.
