GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Pawnbrokers; requires applicant for state license to have local license; provides additional grounds for discipline; requires pledgor or seller to sign required pawnbroker transaction form; clarifies provisions re personal info. on form; requires pawnbroker to maintain such forms while property remains on pawnshop premises; requires pawned or purchased property to be labeled with form number, etc. Amends 539.001.
