GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Bennett
Comprehensive Planning; provides certain exceptions to limitations on charter county's land use planning authority; grants exclusive planning authority to municipalities located in charter counties with population of greater than 1.5 million & having less than 10 percent of countywide population within unincorporated area; authorizes delegation of planning authority, etc. Amends 163.3174,.3171
