CS/CS/SB 3004: Elections

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Ethics and Elections ; Cowin

Elections; provides additional purpose for statewide voter registration applications; provides that electors in line to vote at closing of polls must be allowed to vote; revises guidelines for absentee envelopes; revises provisions re time for contesting election; authorizes political parties to have certain number of at-large poll watchers; requires sworn complaints to Fla. Elections Comm. to be based upon personal knowledge of complainant, etc. Amends FS.
