Advertising Campaign Exposure Act; requires supervisors of elections to include written procedures for early voting in their accuracy & security procedures & to submit any revisions to those security procedures within specified period before early voting commences; revises requirements for filing campaign reports; provides for electronic filing of reports; creates disclaimer requirements for electioneering communications, etc. Amends Chs. 101, 106, 97.021.
Effective Date: 07/01/2004 except as otherwise provided
