Financial Services Commission; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require electronic submission of forms, documents, or fees; authorizes commission to prescribe requirements for destroying books, accounts, records, & documents; requires licensure of mortgage brokerage businesses; specifies certain education & testing requirements for certain principal representatives & for certain applications or transfer applications, etc. Amends Chs. 494, 516, 520, 537, 560.
