Discrimination/Food Service; defines terms; prohibits discrimination in specified public food service establishments against persons who operate motorcycles or wear certain clothing; provides for filing of complaints with Commission on Human Relations or Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights; provides for filing civil action under certain circumstances; authorizes court to issue injunction. Creates 760.61.
