Sarasota-Manatee Airport Authority; amends chapter 2003-309, Laws of Florida, to provide that member of authority whose previous service does not exceed 6 consecutive years may be reappointed for additional 4-year term as long as such reappointment will not result in member's serving more than 10 consecutive years.
