Law Enforcement Fair Defense Act; expands application of provisions re payment of costs & attorney's fees in certain civil & criminal actions to include correctional officers & correctional probation officers; revises circumstances under which employing agency of such officers has option of paying legal costs & attorney's fees in action arising out of officers' official duties; provides for jurisdiction re legal costs & attorney's fees, etc. Amends 111.065, 633.175.
