Prof. Surveyors & Mappers Board; delegates to board duties & authority of DBPR to investigate & prosecute practice & unlicensed practice of surveying & mapping; requires board to contract with corporation or other business entity to provide headquarters office, administrative services, technology, financial & statistical information, & revenue-receipt, reporting, licensure, testing, legal, investigative, prosecutorial, & other services, etc. Amends 472.007.
