GENERAL BILL by Cowin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Vessel Licenses/Freshwater; provides that revenues from freshwater fishing vessel licenses be deposited into State Game Trust Fund; creates fishing vessel licenses for persons taking freshwater fish or carrying customers for purpose of taking freshwater fish; provides for license fees; reenacts specified provisions re certain exemptions from requirement that person obtain fishing license or permit, to incorporate amendment in references thereto. Amends Ch. 372.
