CS/CS/HB 485: Contaminated Sites/Rehabilitation
GENERAL BILL by Benson
Contaminated Sites/Rehabilitation; increases tax credit for rehabilitation of drycleaning-solvent-contaminated sites & brownfield sites in designated brownfield areas; increases total amount of contaminated site rehabilitation tax credits allocated by DEP; revises provisions re investment of specified funds under Brownfield Areas Loan Guarantee Program; provides that such funds shall be derived from Inland Protection TF rather than Nonmandatory Land Reclamation TF, etc. Amends FS.
