Jobs for Florida's Graduates Act; deletes provisions authorizing DOE & Education Commissioner to oversee activities of board of directors of Fla. Endowment Foundation for Florida's Graduates; revises selection criteria for schools chosen to participate in program; requires board of directors to conduct annual financial audit of foundation; deletes provisions requiring Economic & Demographic Research Office to study overall efficacy of program, etc. Amends 446.609.
