GENERAL BILL by Stargel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Arza ; Hasner

Video Voyeurism; prohibits person from intentionally using or installing, or permitting use or installation of, imaging device to secretly view, record, or broadcast images of another person for purpose of entertainment, sexual arousal, profit, or abuse when that other person is in location that provides reasonable privacy; provides exception to prohibition against direct observation, videotaping, or visual surveillance of customers, etc. Amends FS.
