Good Samaritan Act; includes certain persons who participate in emergency response activities under direction of or in connection with community emergency response team, local emergency management agency, Emergency Management Div. of DCA, or Federal Emergency Management Agency within act for purposes of immunity from civil liability under certain circumstances. Amends 768.13.
