GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Bennett

Manatee Protection; creates exception from penalties for activities that are otherwise prohibited if activity is reasonably necessary in order to prevent loss of human life or vessel in distress or render necessary assistance to persons or vessel in distress; requires Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to implement enhanced manatee protection study, etc. Amends 370.12, 372.072; creates 370.1202.
