Consumer Services; revises reporting requirements re remittance of petroleum fuel inspection taxes; revises information to be submitted for registration as seller of travel & information submitted by independent agents; revises conditions under which amusement ride must be inspected by Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; redefines term "operator" for purposes of regulation of game promotions, etc. Amends 525.09, 559.801,.920,.928, 616.242, 849.094.
