GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Judiciary ; Lynn
Family Court Efficiency; authorizes Supreme Court to create system to identify cases re individuals & families within court system; provides for modifying court order in subsequent civil proceeding; eliminates provisions giving grandparents equal standing as parents for evaluating custody arrangements; requires CFS Dept. to approve parenting courses; establishes requirements re provision of approved courses, etc. Creates 25.375; amends Chs. 39, 61, 741.30, 409.2579.
