Residential Communities; authorizes certain parcel owners to revive declaration of covenants that has ceased to govern community; provides eligibility requirements to revive such declarations; requires formation of organizing committee for certain purposes; directs said committee to submit certain documents to DCA & to file & record certain documents within specified time period, etc. Amends 720.301,.302; creates 720.401 -.405.
