State Attorneys/Process Servers; authorizes state attorneys to employ process servers; provides powers & duties of such servers; exempts those process servers from requirements applicable to such servers employed by sheriff; provides for special criminal task force investigators employed by state attorneys. Amends 27.25,.251.
