Utility & Communications Svcs./Tax; provides for amnesty for unpaid gross receipts tax, penalties, & interest on unpaid gross receipts taxes re sale or transportation of natural gas under certain circumstances; applies provisions imposing tax on gross receipts for utility services to sales, transportation, or delivery of natural or manufactured gas or electricity for heat, light, or power, etc. Amends 203.01,.012.
Effective Date: 01/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
