GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Miller
Child Abuse Reports/Religious Inst.; provides that certain persons who are employed by religious institution or by entity affiliated with such institution must report to CFS Dept. their knowledge or reasonable suspicion of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect. Amends 39.201.
