CS/SB 694: Certified Nursing Assistants
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders
Certified Nursing Assistants; provides that person must pass required background screening as part of certification process for certified nursing assistants; revises requirements for conducting background screening; requires AHCA to post information re background screening in its database, after January 1, 2005; revises certain inservice education & performance review requirements, etc. Amends 464.203, 400.211,.215.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
