Faith-based Counseling; provides definitions; requires registration of faith-based counselors; specifies nonapplication of certain licensing provisions to certain said counselors under certain circumstances; authorizes DOH to adopt rules; provides disciplinary actions for certain activities; requires keeping & maintaining certain records; provides requirements for display of certificates & use of professional titles on certain materials, etc.
