Specialty Nursing; provides requirements for certification of clinical nurse specialist practice; requires advanced registered nurse practitioners to register with Nursing Board to prescribe medicinal drugs, including controlled substances; restricts use of professional titles & abbreviations re clinical nurse specialist practice; prohibits said practice without active license or certificate, etc. Amends Ch. 464, 893.02, 458.348; reenacts 921.0022(3)(g).
