Child Care Facilities; authorizes CFS Dept. to apply certain requirements for personnel in said facilities to personnel in family day care homes & large family child care homes; requires dept. to establish database of information concerning violations, citations, & penalties imposed against child care facilities, family day care homes, & large family child care homes licensed by or registered with dept., etc. Amends Ch. 402.
