GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera ; Sorensen ; Zapata
Athletics in Public Schools; authorizes district school board programs & policies to provide for random drug testing of student athletes; requires bylaws of Florida High School Athletic Association to specify that in order to qualify for membership in organization, school must provide for random drug testing for use of performance enhancing drugs. Amends 1001.43, 1006.20.
