Suicide Prevention; creates Suicide Prevention Coordinating Program in Drug Control Office; provides purpose, duties & responsibilities; creates Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council; requires council to establish interagency workgroup; requires quarterly meetings of council; requires public organizations to participate & cooperate with council; provides that members of council are not compensated; corrects cross references, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
