Internet Screening/Public Libraries; defines terms; requires public libraries to provide technology that blocks or filters Internet access to specified proscribed visual depictions; allows adults to request disablement of technology; provides for assessment of fine in connection with violation by county or municipal library; provides for notice of enforcement through civil action; provides for reasonable costs & attorneys' fees; provides finding of important state interest.
