CS/HB 939: Pari-Mutuel Wagering

GENERAL BILL by Prieguez

Pari-Mutuel Wagering; deletes provisions that require thoroughbred horse permit to be voided & to escheat to state for failure to operate performances; deletes provisions for reissuance of such escheated permit; revises provisions for application & issuance of certain thoroughbred horse permits; provides for certain greyhound permitholders that have not produced pari-mutuel wagering tax revenues to conduct intertrack wagering, etc. Amends Ch. 550, 849.086.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
