Displaced Workers/Funding/Hurricane; requires Workforce Innovation Agency to report to Governor & Legislature on expenditure of federal funds received for purpose of providing temporary jobs & assisting in restoration efforts following tropical storm & hurricanes in this state; requires monitoring by agency & regional workforce boards to ensure compliance with federal law; provides budget authority to agency re expenditure of federal funds, etc. APPROPRIATION: $21,000,000.
