Partial Reimbursement/Ad Valorem Tax; provides for partial reimbursement of taxes on homestead residential property rendered uninhabitable by named tropical system; provides duties of property appraisers in determining uninhabitability; requires that property owner provide documentation that property was uninhabitable; requires CFO to calculate reimbursements in conformance with amount appropriated & disburse reimbursement checks accordingly; provides for future repeal, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000,000.
