Misuse of Laser Lighting Devices; revises definition of "laser lighting device"; provides that any person who knowingly & willfully aims laser lighting device at person operating motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft commits felony of third degree; provides that any person who causes bodily harm while improperly pointing said device at operator of motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft commits felony of second degree; provides penalties. Amends 784.062.
