SB 1052: Residence of Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Residence of Sexual Offenders; defines term "convicted" & "conviction" to include conviction in another state or in federal jurisdiction; prohibits person who has been convicted of certain sexual offenses in another state or federal jurisdiction from residing within 1,000 feet of certain specified locations if victim was younger than 16 years of age; provides penalties. Amends 794.065.
