Fire Prevention & Control; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Information Program in State Fire Marshal Div. of Financial Services Dept.; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Info. System Technical Advisory Panel in said div.; establishes penalties for unauthorized use of fireworks or pyrotechnic devices in structure; authorizes div. to adopt additional national fire standards to ensure safe working conditions for firefighters, etc. Amends Ch. 633, 932.7055.
