Lt. John Mickel & Dallas Begg Act; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Information Reporting Program within State Fire Marshal Div.; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Information System Technical Advisory Panel within division; provides criminal penalties for initiating pyrotechnic display in certain structures under certain circumstances; provides exception from application to certain wildland or prescribed live-fire training exercises, etc. Amends Ch. 633, 932.7055.
