CS/HB 1089: Independent Postsecondary Education
GENERAL BILL by Greenstein
Independent Postsecondary Education; provides requirements of independent postsecondary educational institutions licensed by Independent Education Commission; specifies acts that constitute violations & provides penalties therefor; provides requirements for investigation of suspected violation of chapter or rules; requires commission to adopt rules re issuance of citation to institution & violations for which citation may be issued, etc. Amends Ch. 1005, 1010.83.
