GENERAL BILL by Goldstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Williams, T. ; Zapata
Immunization of Children; amends provision re licensing standards for child care facilities to provide exemption from immunization requirements for children whose parents have objected in writing; provides for rules to allow exceptions to requirements that child of applicant for temporary family assistance receive certain immunizations; provides that vaccine used for immunizing minor in this state may not contain thimerosal or mercury, etc. Amends FS.
