GENERAL BILL by Sands
Automated External Defibrillators; authorizes certain businesses to have said defibrillators on their premises; provides for training of employees in operation & maintenance thereof; provides immunity from civil liability; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for said defibrillators purchased by certain businesses. Amends 401.2915, 212.08.
