Mobile Homes; provides intent, requirements, & restrictions re information exchanged in meetings between park owners & homeowners' committees & at mediation; designates Fla. Mobile Home Relocation Corp. as agency of state & certain other persons as officers, employees, or agents of state for application of sovereign immunity provisions; provides rulemaking authority to administer provisions involving corporation, etc. Amends 723.037,.0611,.0612.
