Entertainment Industry Financial TF; creates Entertainment Industry Financial Incentive Trust Fund; provides for sources of funds & purposes; requires funds to remain in trust fund at end of each fiscal year; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of fund.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
