GENERAL BILL by Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Zapata
Insurable Interests; authorizes certain trusts, partnerships, & limited liability companies to own or purchase life insurance on insured under certain circumstances; provides requirements; requires approval of Financial Services Dept; prohibits assigning or transferring, changing ownership or beneficiary designation, or taking out loan against such policies under certain circumstances; provides for taking such actions under license. Amends 627.404.
