Procurement of Contractual Services; places Efficient Government Center in DMS; creates Efficient Government Commission within DMS; creates Efficient Government Center; provides requirements for procurement of certain contractual services; provides that specified contract amendments must be submitted to Executive Office of Governor for approval; authorizes Chief Financial Officer to review contracts for state agencies, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,023,554.
