Independent Living; authorizes child in foster care to petition court to retain jurisdiction of his or her case; limits court's continued jurisdiction to 1 year after child's 18th birthday; identifies issues to be considered by court during its continued jurisdiction; requires CFS Dept. to include in its judicial review study report verification that child has been provided with certain info. about Road-to-Independence Scholarship Program, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 409.
