GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Atwater
Fla. Prepaid College Program; deletes requirement that independent college or university be not-for-profit institution to be eligible for transfer of benefits; provides restriction on transfer of benefits; revises provisions re eligibility for benefits if program is terminated. Amends 1009.98.
