GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Jones

Pari-Mutuel Wagering; requires Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. in DBPR to maintain certain records re injuries & disposition of greyhounds that race in this state; authorizes slot machines & slot machine gaming within certain pari-mutuel facilities located in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties upon approval by local referendum; clarifies authority of local law enforcement agencies; provides for local supplemental tax; provides compulsive gambling treatment program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $14,910,626.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
