CS/HB 1193: HIV Infection/Testing of Inmates

HIV Infection/Testing of Inmates; allows counties & municipalities option to participate in program to test each inmate for HIV prior to inmate's release if inmate's HIV status is unknown; requires said facilities to notify DOH & county health dept. where inmate plans to reside following release if inmate is HIV positive; provides that informed consent is not required for HIV test of inmate prior to inmate's release from said facilities, etc. Amends 951.27, 381.004.
