GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Wise
Juvenile Defendants; requires that public defender represent indigent child taken into custody for felony, misdemeanor, or criminal contempt; provides that failure of child's parent or legal guardian to furnish legal services & costs does not bar appointment of legal counsel for child; requires that court appoint counsel for indigent child if child's parent of legal guardian is alleged victim in case, etc. Amends 27.51,.52, 985.203.
